  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging.

3. Eligibility Period

Customers are eligible for an exchange or refund within 24 hours from the time of receiving the order.

4. Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, the customer may choose a refund instead.

5. Refund Requests

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
